RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be really happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply return them within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge).

To qualify for a refund the goods MUST be unopened and/or unused, and in resalable condition, once inspected by us we’ll refund the amount to the original card details within 28 days.

If you find any of your goods are damaged as a result of our error, return the unopened and/or unused goods and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items and the delivery charge.

When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with all returns.
